Community Supported Living

Make work meaningful.

At the end of 2020, Stable Living LLP decided to launch our Community Supported Living Program. Its mission is to provide support to individuals who are currently living independently, but prefer scheduled assistive services.

Stable Living provides in-home assistance for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s) and independent activities of daily living (IADL’s). We work with the client and their team to develop a program to best suit their needs and goals. Through community integration and encouragement from staff, clients can expect to receive support to better navigate independent living. Staffs are on-call 24/7 in case a client has any needs outside of their scheduled time.

Community Support Living I is the original program started with Stable Living LLP. The CSL I program is directed by Jordyn Snyder. This program assists clients with their daily living needs Monday – Sunday with 24/7 on call assistance. CSL I currently operates with 25-30 clients.

The CSL II program is our newest addition to Stable Living LLP. The CSL II program offers additional personal cares in order for Stable Living LLP to serve a larger population of individuals who need cares such as transfers, showering, changing clothes and toileting assistance. We look forward to growing this program to serve as many individuals as possible in the surrounding Eau Claire area!
